Well, i've managed to do it again! I've gone three months with out even looking at my blog! You would think I would have been on here all the time since i was on bed rest for three months..but i wasn't!
As most of you know..our precious boy entered into this world on August 30th at 11:02 p.m. 6 lbs 9 oz and 20 inches long! I delivered at 36 weeks and 2 days and although he was early i was never more ready! After 2 weeks in the hospital worrying, 3 months on bed rest worrying, monitoring twice a week, and that dang progesterone shot weekly it was time! Wade and i were both ready! He had been sitting on my cervix for several months!
I was up all night Saturday night having contractions, so early Sunday morning Mr. Wright took me to the hospital where i was monitored in triage for an hour. Dr. Killeen came by and said i was barely dilated to a 1 and that he felt i had another week or so in me so he gave me an ambien and i went home and slept! After 4 hours of sleep I woke up to a huge contraction and my water broke! Mr. Wright and I made it to the hospital around 6:30 and at 11:02 Wade arrived! Thankfully he only had to be in the oxygen chamber for 5 hours instead of going to nicu.

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful motherhood is! I never imaged i could love someone so much! That only hours after holding him i would die for him! He was truly worth ever moment i had gone through to get him here (with the grace of God that is)! Our Lord truly is amazing! Here are a few pictures from the eventful day! enjoy!
